What kinds of personal information about you do we process?
When you launch Resources Organiser App for the first timer, it will ask for your consent to access your username. This is the only information about you that the app will access. The username is only needed when the user is adding resources to the database and when resources by the same user is pulled from the database, the username will be linked to the resources thereof. The username is disclosed only to authenticated users of a system or network.
For how long is your personal information retained by us?
The personal information that the App has access to as mentioned above is stored within your local SQLite storage or if using MySQL, within your set database. The App does not send any information to us. Everything is local.
What about automated decision making?
We currently do not make any automated decisions.
How and when can you withdraw your consent?
Our general policy is that where we’re relying upon your consent to process personal data, you can withdraw this at any time by contacting us using the details above. However, in this App, the consent is managed by your systems administrator. If you would like to withdraw your consent to access your persnal details mentioned above (username) , you will need to contact your system administrator.
